Project Case Study

Client

Kettle, a digital ad agency with high profile clients like Nike and Apple.

Goal

To inform client marketing teams of the latest developments in tech, social media, and online retail, while demonstrating thought leadership to agency prospects.

Actions

Identify and aggregate five to six news stories per newsletter, with a focus on cutting through the hype to share important ideas and actionable insights. I also handled all email elements (subject, preview text, etc.) for each edition.

Results

I produced 11 emails per quarter for six consecutive quarters, earning praise from internal and external stakeholders. When I offboarded, I provided Kettle with an extensive best practices/onboarding document for writers who’d be preparing future newsletters.
