Ghostwrote 39 posts between 9/22 and 4/23, covering fitness, nutrition, and wellness topics. This included interview-based reporting, data-driven stories, and a wealth of engaging, actionable blogs informed by insights from certified personal trainers as well as peer-reviewed scientific research.
Results
